Standard exchange
 
Upon receipt of the defective appliance, NETASQ will repair it in its workshop and send back a replacement appliance within 10 working days.

This service is included in the INITAL maintenance contract.
 


Express exchange
 
In the event your appliance breaks down, NETASQ will send a replacement appliance in anticipation of your return of the defective appliance.

The replacement will be made within 1 working day if the incident is reported before 3 p.m. (GMT+2). For international customers, replacement times vary according to destination*.

This service is included in the PRIVILEGE maintenance contract.
