François LAVASTE

François
Lavaste joined NETASQ from TriCipher, an American
company specialised in strong authentication
appliances where he was the general manager
for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
After working as an analyst for Bouygues and in the marketing departments of L’OREAL and RJR Nabisco, he started his computing career in 1992 as a partner in the creation of Eneide, a CRM software provider bought in 2000 by Coheris.
In 1996, François moved to Silicon Valley
where he stayed for 10+ years. He joined Intuit,
the worldwide leader in business and financial
management for small businesses, accounting
professionals and consumers.
From 2001, he contributed successfully as Vice
President of Marketing at BrightMail, a pioneer
of anti-spam technologies bought by Symantec
in 2004 just before going public; at Cyanea
Systems, a provider of application performance
measurement software bought by IBM in 2004;
and at Mindjet, the worldwide leader of MindManager
software for visualizing and managing information.
François earned a degree from ESCP-EAP,
a European graduate business school, and holds
an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Dominique MEURISSE

Dominique
Meurisse, a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure
de Mécanique et d'Electricité and of the CPA
(Executive MBA-HEC), kicked off his career at
3Com Europe in 1987 first as the Manager of
Corporate Accounts, then as the Manager of VARs.
In 1991, as the co-founder of ARCHE Communications,
he was the Director of Sales and Marketing.
In 1999, he became the cofounder of ClarITeam
(European QoS operator) and was its General
Manager.
He is now in charge of managing sales and operational
activities in Europe.

Fabien THOMAS
Chief Technology Officer |
Fabien
Thomas has been with NETASQ ever since the company
was incorporated.
As the Director of the Research and Develoment
department, he is in charge of product development
and keeping abreast of attack techniques.
He started his career in Cogilab as the manager
for research and development on chip-based internet
access control.
Fabien Thomas is a graduate of the UTC (Université
de Technologie de Compiègne) in data processing
engineering.

Pierre CALAIS
Vice President of Engineering and Operations |
Pierre Calais is now the Vice President of Engineering and Operations. He is also tasked with redefining and optimizing the development process and is to provide strategic corporate support for all aspects concerning engineering and operations.
As someone who has always been intrigued by information technology in general and the gamble of information security, Pierre was previously an engineer with Bull and subsequently Dassault Electronique, before going on to be a project manager with Cadence Design System. This was followed by a stint as a manager at EMS Documentum, then as a CTO (Zencod). For the past three years, he had been the CEO of Netsecureone, a publisher of application security solutions.

Matthieu BONENFANT
Customer Services Director |
Matthieu Bonenfant's mission is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by developing the value-added services that NETASQ offers. He will take charge of the production, logistics, training, technical support and sales administration departments.
Following engineering positions with Network/Telecom operators and vendors such as Matra-Nortel, SMC-Networks and Bouygues Telecom, Matthieu joined NETASQ's technical support team in 2001.
Thereafter, he oversaw the development of a product line in his capacity as a product manager before devoting his efforts to customer service by taking on the responsibility of the Technical Assistance Center, then becoming deputy director of operations.
Matthieu is an alumnus of ENIC, Telecom Lille, engineering faculty of the GET (Groupe des Ecoles des Télécommunications - group of telecommunications schools).

Xavier LEFAUCHEUX
Director of Sales - France |
Xavier
Lefaucheux leads the French team at NETASQ and
his primary mission is to increase sales revenues
in France.
Xavier has, over the years, developed a strong
experience in the networking and security market.
Before joining NETASQ, he was sales director
at Juniper Networks and responsible for the
enterprise market. Prior to Juniper, he contributed
to the sales growth at European high-tech companies
including software vendor InfoVista and integrator
Arche Communications.
Xavier started his professional career at Lyonnaise
des Eaux – Dumez, a large international services
corporation, as project manager in the data
processing organization. In 1991, he joined
Arche Communications as a consultant and evolved
to take successive responsibilities including
major accounts sales director and soon became
a member of the management committee as head
of professional services.
In 1999, InfoVista hired Xavier to help lead
its international sales development. He was
responsible for Southern Europe, the Middle
East and Africa until 2004 and was responsible
for strategic alliances in Europe from 2005.

Jérémy D'HOINNE

Jérémy
D’Hoinne holds overall responsibility for the
NETASQ product marketing strategy and product
lifecycle management. Jérémy is one of NETASQ’s
security experts.

joined the R&D organization where he was project
manager and responsible for monitoring security
threats before moving into the Marketing organization.
Prior to NETASQ, Jérémy contributed to the success
of several consultancy projects related to intrusion
tests, overall security and networking with
Thales and Arthure Andersen Business Consulting.
Jérémy holds an engineering degree in networking
and security from EPITA, recognized as one of
the top computer science and engineering schools
in France.
