Arkoon+Netasq Account Executive D-A-CH

 

Title: Account Executive D-A-CH
Reports To: Director International

 

The Account Executive will develop large accounts within the Governmental, Defence, Critical National Infrastructure and affiliated segments in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for Arkoon+Netasq by approaching end-user accounts to position and sell the advantages of the Arkoon+Netasq product portfolio. As Arkoon+Netasq applies an indirect sales model, a Systems Integrator or reseller will be involved to close deals.

The Account Executive will have an extensive network in the mentioned segments and have a strong drive to create brand new relationships. The Account Executive is responsible for approaching and visiting end-user accounts, identifying end-user needs with respect to network and end point security and creatively positioning the advantages of the Arkoon+Netasq solutions. This to enforce a positive buying decision whereby strong negotiation skills are required in the last part of the sales-cycle meticulously managed by the Account Executive. The Account Executive will have experience and relationships with appropriate SI/resellers as they must be involved during the sales cycle and will become the end-customer’s main point of contact regarding the Arkoon+Netasq solutions. The Account Executive must have experience and understand the dynamics of a 1-tier sales and support model. The Account Executive will build a complete funnel of end-user projects leading to the achievement of a yearly revenue target.

The Account Executive will be working in the International Sales team consisting of 16 people geographically spread out over Europe and the Middle East. He/she will have the direct support of a Pre-Sales consultant for product demonstrations and to technically guide the sales cycle and manage proof of concepts. The Account Executive will be based in Germany. Munich, Cologne or Frankfurt area.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor education or equivalent by experience. (Business Administration, Economics)
  • Understanding of computer networks and IT network security and end point security
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in selling IT solutions to large accounts (10000+ desktops)
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Relevant sales trainings in selling IT solutions
  • Experience in the indirect-sales model
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, convincer, perseverance, team player, structured, responsible
  • Experience with SalesForce CRM is a plus
